Результатом анализа должно стать четкое представление о том, которые из технологий должны получить дальнейшее развитие и на какие технологии должны выделяться приложению финансовые, научно-технические и другие ресурсы. Таким образом, анализ технологического пакета ориентирован в первую очередь на формирование основ технологической стратегии. Каждая из категорий проектов трансфера технологий допускает применение разных подходов для отбора проектов, процесс отбора в рамках всех категорий строится на применении трех основных целей управления пакетом технологий (связь проектов коммерциализации технологий со стратегией деятельности, баланс пакета, повышение ценности пакета). The main purpose of the package analysis is the classification of all used technologies on groups according to the technologies priority and for further development and using perspectives. The result of the analysis should become clear idea of what technology should receive for further development and which technologies should be allocated with the additional financial, technological and other types of resources. Thus, the analysis of the technological package is focused primarily on establishing the foundations of its technology strategy. Each of the categories of technology transfer projects requires different approaches for projects selection, the selection process within all categories is based on use of three main objectives of tech package management (communication tech commercialization projects with strategy, package balance, increasing the value of the technology package). popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
