Метою цієї статті є вивчення основних положень, що стосуються адміністративно-правової бази захисту прав інтелектуальної власності в Україні. Найважливішим аспектом ефективного захисту прав інтелектуальної власності в Україні є участь у європейських і міжнародних структурах і, перш за все, статус асоційованого члена Європейського Союзу. Pressing questions are examined in the article, related to the legal adjusting of defence of intellectual property in the conditions of adaptation of legislation of Ukraine to the international law. The purpose of this article is to study the basic provisions related to the administrative and legal framework for protecting the intellectual property rights in Ukraine.
