Представлено аналіз працевлаштування молодих жителів регіону, зокрема в комерційній та бюджетній сферах. З’ясовано специфіку молодіжного ринку праці. Наведено декілька механізмів вирішення проблеми зайнятості випускників, а саме: квотування робочих місць для випускників, практика тимчасового найму на разові роботи, система податкових пільг для роботодавців, що приймають на роботу випускників ЗВО. Розкрито основні проблеми у дисбалансі ринку попиту та пропозиції на молодіжному ринку праці АР Крим. Доведено необхідність розширення взаємодії служби зайнятості з органами виконавчої влади та підприємницьким корпусом. The article examines the peculiarities and challenges of youth employment in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. It provides an analysis of employment opportunities for young residents of the region, particularly in the commercial and public sectors. The specific nature of the youth labor market is revealed. Several mechanisms for solving graduate employment issues are proposed, including job quota systems, temporary job schemes, and tax incentives for employers hiring recent graduates. The main problems related to the imbalance of labor supply and demand in the youth labor market of Crimea are highlighted.
