Кузнеця Description На основі вибраної системи характеристик досліджено та узагальнено досвід розвинутих країн: США, Японії, Німеччини та Сінгапуру у сфері малого підприємництва як цільового орієнтиру для вітчизняної практики малого бізнесу. Запропоновано на основі синтезу цього досвіду виробити оптимальний цільовий орієнтир для вітчизняного сектору малого підприємництва. Зазначено, що для застосування досвіду розвинутих країн, у першу чергу, необхідно позбутися від кризи в системі державного управління України шляхом її принципової перебудови. Виділено основні проблеми у вітчизняному секторі малого бізнесу як похідні від системної кризи. The experience of such developed countries as the USA, Japan, Germany and Singapore in the area of small business was researched and generalized on the basis of the chosen system of characteristics, as the target value for the domestic practices of small businesses. On the basis of synthesis of this experience an optimal model is suggested for domestic small business. Overcoming the systemic crisis in the system of government of Ukraine by its fundamental restructuring is found to be a first priority prerequisite for the use of the experience of developed countries. The main problems in the domestic sector of small businesses were identified as those derived from the systemic crisis. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-10 Close
