Зроблено аналіз основних методичних підходів до оцінки трудового потенціалу. На основі аналізу виділено основні підходи до економічної природи категорії "трудовий потенціал". Відображено взаємозв’язок та вплив трудового потенціалу на діяльність підприємства в цілому. The article discusses various approaches and methods of assessing the labour potential in the current conditions of Ukrainian enterprises. The basic methodological approaches to the assessment of the labour potential are analysed. Based on the analysis the main approaches to the economic nature of the category of labour are identified.
