Зважаючи на специфіку таких злочинів, зумовлену необхідністю дотримання нотаріальної таємниці, та можливістю притягнення нотаріуса як особи, що надає публічні послуги, до кримінальної відповідальності, визначається перелік слідчих (розшукових) дій, спрямованих на оптимізацію досудового розслідування злочинів, пов’язаних з підробленням нотаріальних документів, та прогалини чинного законодавства у напрямку їх ефективності; пропонуються шляхи удосконалення проведення слідчих (розшукових) дій у цій категорії злочинів. Questions, devoted the implementation of consequence (search) actions in criminal realization in relation to crimes, notarial documents related to the imitation, are examined in the article. Because of specific of such crimes, predefined the necessity of observance of notarial secret, and possibility of attracting of notary, as a person which gives public services, to criminal responsibility, the list of consequence (search) actions is determined, directed on optimization of pre-trial investigation of crimes, notarial documents related to the imitation. The presented blanks of current legislation are in direction of their efficiency; the ways of improvement of lead through of consequence (search) actions are offered in this category of crimes popup.nrat_date 2024-11-25 Close
