Transformational economic processes can be largely directed by agents, features of regions, countries and the global economic space. The more uncertainty is in the effects of transformational shifts, the more important is the forecasting, and hence change management techniques. Under these conditions the choice is made in favor of the building of scenarios, which, on the one hand, are powerful enough to correct a course of transformations, on the other hand, are flexible enough to adapt quickly to changes, useful for regional economy. The aim of the study consists in justification of effective methods of management by transformational shifts in economic space of territories. Processes of management by transformational shifts are complex and multifaceted. Their complexity lies in dynamic state of the economy and its components, the diversity refers to components of economic space (primarily agents), their interests, needs, especially when their coincidence acquires mass features. The article substantiates the expediency of the use of strategic management as a complex mechanism of the world system of forecasting Foresight. The properties of formulated scenarios are for regional economic space. The adaptation of scenarios to the conditions of market changes course suggests, in our view, not so much relevant changes of modifying the scenario itself, as its flexibility in the use of new control levers, newly created by transformation processes which are ready to be used now, parallel with already activated ones. Moreover, the arsenal of new management tools should be based on existing, potential and future perspective world ones. The paper highlights a method of generating ideas as an effective component of strategic management principles and concretizes thinking techniques for generating of scenario ideas. popup.nrat_date 2025-01-09 Close
