Це дозволило визначити рівні структурної мобільності та масштабності їх корпоративного капіталу і обґрунтувати системоутворюючі фактори розвитку капіталу цих підприємств. На основе предложенной автором категоризации коэффициентов структурных сдвигов капитала осуществлено обобщенный анализ корпоративного капитала предприятий хлебопекарской отрасли Украины. Это позволило определить уровни структурной мобильности и масштабности их корпоративного капитала и обосновать системообразующие факторы развития капитала данных предприятий. The aim of the article. The aim of the article lies in the diagnosis of qualitative evaluation effectiveness of corporate capital structure of Ukrainian enterprises on the basis of the categorization of coefficients of structural displacement. The results of the analysis. The categorization of coefficients of mobility and corporate capital structure of an enterprise was realized on the basis of the statistical methods usage. It allowed to determine the levels of structural mobility and corporate capital scalability, to ground system-forming factors of capital development of particular enterprises. Structural scalability and structural mobility of corporate capital were formalized. On the basis of these coefficients and structure-forming factors of the capital of enterprises generalized analysis of the condition of corporate capital was fulfilled. The matrix «structural mobility level – scalable mobility level» of corporate capital was developed. On its basis strategic ways of corporate capital development of the enterprises which were examined in 2013 were grounded. Conclusions and directions of further research. The result, which were received according to the level of structural mobility and scalable mobility of corporate capital, allowed to position an enterprise and to determine the directions of the corporate capital management improvement on a case-by-case basis. Further research must aim at the optimization of corporate capital structure according to specific economic conditions, the increase of the effectiveness of corporate capital usage and its efficiency, effective management ensuring, directed at the increase of corporate capital potential in general and within separate components. popup.nrat_date 2025-03-24 Close
