Виділено основні складові екологічної свідомості суспільства. Визначено проблеми формування екологічної свідомості. Обґрунтовано, що екологічна свідомість може бути вимірюваним показником. Запропоновано концептуальну модель діагностики рівня екологічної свідомості суспільства. The article deals with the analysis of the approaches to the definition of ecological consciousness and gives authors' definition in terms of the balanced socio-ecologicaleconomic development concept. The main constituents of the society’s ecological consciousness are distinguished. The issues of the ecological consciousness formation are determined.
