Показано, що для розвитку будь-якої цивілізації необхідні певні умови та основи для існування та розвитку. Звернута увага на те, що людській спільності властива сумісність особистісно-поведінкових характеристик людини, як члена даного суспільства і соцієтальних характеристик цього суспільства, тобто єдність культури й соціальності.
