Модель має низку переваг серед яких: застосування методу головних компонент і методу Кеттела, що дозволило побудувати адекватний інтегральний показник; можливість проведення оцінки та аналізу фінансового забезпечення інституту місцевого самоврядування у порівнянні та в динаміці; врахування особливостей територіальних розвитку. The paper describes the institutional basis for local government, outlines approaches to understanding the essence of the concept of financial support for the institutions of local government. The paper formes the theoretical and methodological approaches to assessing the financial support of institutions of local government. The main purpose of the work is the development of methodologies for assessing the financial support of institutions of local government. The proposed model for assessing the financial security of local government on the basis of indicators of fiscal sustainability of revenues and expenditures, tax autonomy, fiscal sustainability of transfers and debt/deficit of local budgets has several advantages among which should be highlighted: the use of principal component analysis and Cattell’s method, which allows builing adequate integral indicators; the ability to assess and analyze the financial security of the Institute of Local Government in comparison and dynamics, taking into account regional peculiarities of the development of local government institutions. popup.nrat_date 2025-03-24 Close
