Integration processes in the manufacturing sector of the economy of Ukraine develop in order to create complex systems by integrating diverse productive capacity and financial capacity. In the article the author analyzes the principles of operation and characteristics of the creation of a corporate governance mechanism of international companies in Ukraine.
