The dependence of electrical parameters of hybrid films on their composition has been found. The analysis of the temperature dependences of the composites conductivity in the temperature range of 80-330 К indicates the activation character of charge transfer and presence the trapping of unequilibrium carriers at the porous silicon and ZnO nanoparticle – polymer interface. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
