Для вирішення оптимізації були сформовані вимоги до моделі, а саме простота реалізації моделі, вирішення проблеми оптимізації бюджетних ризиків та адекватність проведених результатів. Було встановлено, що найбільш вагомими ризиками є ризик дохідної частини бюджету, ризик видаткової частини бюджету, ризик дефіциту бюджету, ризик бюджетного цільового кредитування по фондам та ризик нецільового використання бюджетних коштів. The article to dedicated scientific and methodological aspects of optimization modeling of the financial risks in the public sector, an example of Sumy region. To solve optimization requirements were to established models, the namely simplicity of the model, the problem of optimization of budgetary risks and the adequacy of results performed. It was found that the most significant risk is the risk of budget revenues, the risk of budget expenditures, budget deficit risk, the risk of lending target budget funds and the risk of misuse of public funds. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
