Використання фільтру Ходріка-Прескотта дозволило вирішити таку проблему, а проведені обчислення дозволили проаналізувати зазначені показники для попередніх українських криз та отримати прогноз на 2015 р. обсягу загальних стабілізаційних витрат. The aim of the research ‐ to develop a methodological principles of assessment of the level costs necessary to stabilize the economy in the post-crisis period and the definition of the basis of appropriate forecasting indicators for the Ukrainian economy. The study shows that losses from systemic crises, the frequency of which increases depending on the speed and clarity of government activities in different countries. The "price" of the crisis consequences will be the smaller, more deliberate and quick will response to the crisis. So actual is the problem of the definition of "price" to overcome the crisis for countries with different levels of economic development, including the Ukraine, where calculations are face a problem of exceptional volatility data from the instability of the economic situation and currency fluctuations in particular. Using the Prescott -Hodrick filter made possible to solve this problem and made calculations allowed to analyze these figures for the previous Ukrainian crisis and to forecast total stabilization costs for the 2015. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
