В. Н. Каразіна Description Стаття присвячена висвітленню іллокутивного аспекту конституційного дискурсу Німеччини на рівні мінімальних висловлень. Ці висловлення належать площині деонтичної модальності і мають спільне значення волітивності – прямої імперативної каузації державою певних станів справ у суспільстві або дій соціальних акторів. На основі критеріїв, що базуються на структурі позитивної норми в логіці, виокремлюється 20 прагма-семантичних підтипів спонукальних мовленнєвих актів, які поєднуються у іллокутивні класи директив, декларатив та комісив. The article deals with the illocutionary aspect of the discourse of German constitutions at clause (minimal utterance) level. These utterances belong to deontic modality area bearing the common meaning of volition – direct imperative causing of certain states of affairs in the society or actions of social actors. 20 semantic- pragmatic subtypes of imperative utterances are singled out on the basis of positive norm structure in Deontic Logic.
