Calculation of the proposed index for Ukraine and group of countries of Central and Eastern Europe allowed to identify improving the quality of tax administration in all surveyed countries, and to detect the convergence of the level of quality of tax administration. Calculations performed to determine the connection between the quality of tax administration and the movement of mobile factors of production allowed to identify the presence of long-term impact of the quality of tax administration on tax competitiveness of country, which proves the relevance of the use of the quality of tax administration as a tool for development strategy of tax competition. Проведене дослідження дозволило розробити індекс якості податкового адміністрування, який характеризує привабливість податкової системи країни з точки зору платника податків. Розрахунки пропонованого індексу для України і групи країн Центральної та Східної Європи дозволили визначити підвищення якості податкового адміністрування в усіх досліджених країнах, а також для визначити зближення рівня якості податкового адміністрування. Розрахунки, проведені для визначення зв'язку між якістю податкового адміністрування і рухом мобільних факторів виробництва дозволили виявити наявність довгострокового впливу якості податкового адміністрування на податкову конкурентоспроможність країни, що доводить актуальність використання якості податкового адміністрування як інструмента розвитку стратегії податкової конкуренції. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
