Також було проведено дослідження існуючих підходів та методів до визначення системно важливого банку, які умовно можна розділити на три основні підходи: кількісний, якісний та змішаний. Кількісні підходи передбачають одержання показника системності на основі кількісних характеристик діяльності банку (активи, зобов’язання, фінансовий результат). Також розрізняють якісний підхід до ідентифікації системно важливого банку, який ґрунтується, зазвичай, на виокремленні набору банківських характеристик, що не носять кількісного характеру (бінарні, експертні оцінки). Кількісні та якісні підходи до визначення системно важливого фінансового інституту є зручним та більш дієвим інструментом, якщо їх вдало поєднувати у змішаний підхід. У статті наведено порівняльну матрицю існуючих підходів до визначення системно важливих інститутів. This article analyzes in detail the concept of systemically important financial institution and systemically important bank. Also, there was studying of existing approaches and methods for determining systemically important bank, which can be divided into three basic approaches: quantitative, qualitative and mixed. Quantitative approaches are receiving systemic index based on quantitative characteristics of the bank (assets, liabilities, financial result). Also it was distinguished qualitative approach for identifying systemically important bank that usually based on a set of banking isolating characteristics which are not quantitative (binary, expert values). Quantitative and qualitative approaches of determining systemically important financial institution are convenient and more effective instrument in case when they successfully combined in mixed approach.
