Надано загальну характеристику міжбанківських відносин на міжнародному рівні. Проаналізовано історичний розвиток правового регулювання банківських відносин. Досліджується сучасне трактування поняття міжнародного банківського права та зміст його основних джерел. Окрема увага приділяється суб’єктам міжбанківських відносин. Значна частина роботи присвячена дослідженню механізму міжнародно-правового регулювання банківських відносин, його принципам, джерелам та особливостям вирішення спорів. Зроблено самостійні висновки щодо подолання правових проблем світової інтеграції банківської системи України. The general principles of regulating relationships between banking institutions in private international law are investigated by author. For the purpose of detailed research provided a general description of interbank relations on the international level. The historical development of legal regulation of banking relations is analyzed. A modern interpretation of concept of International Banking Law and content of its main sources are investigated. Particular attention is paid to subjects of interbank relations. Main part of the diploma work is devoted to the study of mechanism of international legal regulation of banking relationships, its principles, the sources and features of resolving disputes.
