Наведено основні складові аналізованого механізму, до яких віднесено: економічний механізм (у т.ч. фінансовий і зовнішньоекономічний), організаційний механізм (у т.ч. соціальний і правовий), мотива ційний механізм (у т.ч. мотивації підприємництва і науково;технічного розвитку). Надано визначення складових господарського механізму. Деталізовано основні структурні елементи господарського механ ізму венчурної діяльності промислових підприємств в Україні, відповідно до виокремлених складових. Поглиблені авторами статті методологічні засади венчурної діяльності вітчизняних промислових підприємств дозволяють формалізувати процеси удосконалення (впровадження — для початківців) гос подарського механізму для підприємств; інноваторів у сучасних умовах. Proposes the economic mechanism of venture capital definition, which takes into account its features, allows a deeper understanding of the essence of this mechanism and distinguish it from other economic mechanisms. Shows the basic components of the analyzed mechanism, which include: economic mechanism (including financial and foreign economic activity), institutional mechanism (including social and legal), motivational mechanism (including motivation of entrepreneurship and scientific;technical development). Provided by defining components of the economic mechanism. Detailed basic structural elements of the economic mechanism of venture activities on industrial enterprises in Ukraine, according to the distinguished components.
