У статті виокремлено еволюційні етапи інституційних трансформацій у банківській системі на теренах України: 1) визначальний; 2) стартовий; 3) накопичення; 4) забезпечення та контроль; 5) модернізація та стійкість. Визначено проблеми процесу розвитку вітчизняних банківських установ і запропоновано напрями їх розв’язання у контексті сучасних реформ. In Ukraine, insufficient attention is paid to the functioning of deposit corporations, taking into account the trajectory of previous development. The article highlights the evolutionary stages of institutional transformations in the banking system on the territory of Ukraine: 1) defining; 2) starter; 3) accumulation; 4) provision and control; 5) modernization and sustainability.
