Розглянуто проблеми правового державного регулювання економічних відносин у сфері вищої освіти України в концептуальному, нормативно-правовому та інституційному полях й запропоновано напрями їх розв’язання. During the study, the pattern of compliance of the main goal of reforming the modernization and development of higher education of Ukraine with the main principles of the functioning of the European Higher Education Area is formulated; it is determined that the idea of ​​student center-centeredness should be theoretically-methodological basis of reforming, modernizing and developing higher education.
