В статті запропоновані та розглянуті нові та вже існуючі на практиці, але неврегульовані законодавчо засоби та способи отримання необхідної криміналістичної інформації під час слідчих (розшукових) дій та негласних слідчих (розшукових) дій. Розглядається доцільність їх запровадження та використання. В даній роботі аналізується використання поліграфа як технічного засобу, котрий в криміналістиці виступає в ролі експерта та допомагає виявити необхідну та значущу інформацію. Також розглядається когнітивне інтерв’ю як специфічна форма допиту для отримання більшої кількості інформації від свідків, потерпілих і підозрюваних. Значну увагу у статті приділено засобам збирання інформації за допомогою Інтернету та соціальних мереж. В даній статті описується окремий засіб збирання криміналістичної інформації, як знаходження місця переховування підозрюваного за допомогою мобільного зв’язку. Також аналізується та пропонується введення у криміналістику поняття «цифрове алібі» та впровадження в навчальний процес працівників правоохоронних органів контрольно-навчальні програми щодо моделювання процесу розслідування у комп’ютерній навчальній системі. This article focuses on specific means and methods of collecting of forensic information, their characterization and analysis. The article proposed and discussed new and existing in practice but unregulated legal means and methods of obtaining the necessary information during criminalistical investigation (search) operations and covert investigative (detective) action. Consider the feasibility of their implementation and use. In the present paper analyzes the polygraph as technical means, which in criminology acting as expert and helps identify the necessary and meaningful information. Also considered cognitive interview as a specific form of interrogation to obtain more information from witnesses, victims and suspects. Special attention is paid to the article means collecting information through the Internet and social networks. This article describes a single means of collecting criminalistical information as hiding places of the suspect with the help of mobile communications. Also analyzed and proposed the introduction of criminology concept of "digital alibi" and the introduction in the educational process of law enforcement officers control simulation training programs to the investigation process in a computer training system. popup.nrat_date 2025-03-24 Close
