У статті здійснено аналіз чинного законодавства України, що регулює трудові відносини з особами з інвалідністю, визначено їх дієвість у боротьбі з дискримінацією цих осіб. Автори також підсумовують шляхи захисту від дискримінації за ознакою інвалідності на правовому рівні. In the presented work, the authors considered the reasons for the existence of labor discrimination against persons with disabilities and ways to protect against it. The article presents the analysis of the current legislation of Ukraine that regulates the employment relationship with persons with disabilities , to determine their effectiveness in the fight against discrimination of these persons. the Authors conclude the way of protection from discrimination on the basis of disability at the legal level. popup.nrat_date 2025-03-24 Close
