Для вирішення цих проблем потрібно: 1) створення єдиного кодифікованого акта, який би містив усі положення щодо регулювання реорганізації суб’єктів господарювання; 2) внести положень про проведення процедури реорганізації суб’єкта господарської діяльності в Господарському кодексі України; 3) виділити окрему главу чи розділ про реорганізацію суб’єктів господарювання, в якому зазначалася не лише процедура усіх суб’єктів господарювання, а й реорганізація як юридичних осіб, так і фізичних осіб-підприємців; 4) внести в статтю 91 Господарського кодексу України також положення, яке б регулювало реорганізацію господарських товариств. It was concluded that the current Ukrainian legislation has a many problems in legal regulation of reorganization of economic entities. To solve these problems you need to: 1) the creation of a single codified act that would contain all the provisions of the regulation on the reorganization of entities; 2) make provisions about the procedure of reorganization of business entity in the Economic Code of Ukraine; 3) to select a chapter or section on the reorganization of undertakings in which not only indicated the procedure for all businesses, but as the reorganization of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs; 4) amend article 91 of the Economic Code of Ukraine as a provision that would regulate the reorganization of economic entities. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
