Philosophy denies timeless and outside space reality, thus emphasizing its objective characteristics. Locality is a universal organizing centre in a communicative speech activity. In any utterance or a text spatial nature of the world is fixed. The spatial relations between various phenomena and processes of the world find their expression in the language on different linguistic levels: morphological, syntactic and lexical. The ratio of these levels varies in different languages.
