Метою дослідження є визначення складу інституційних інвесторів, виявлення їх інвестиційних цілей, обмежень щодо управління активами. Виявлено інвестиційні цілі та їх особливості для інституційних інвесторів. Розкрито зміст дохідності, безпеки, ліквідності та зростання в процесі управління інвестиціями, визначено значення інвестиційного горизонту. Зроблено висновок про необхідність вивчення процесу управління фінансовими інвестиціями з метою повноцінної інтеграції фінансового сектора України в міжнародний ринок капіталу. Development of institutional investors in the Ukraine in recent years is not dynamic due to deficiencies in providing informative and legal frame, institutional mistrust. The study aims to determine the composition of institutional investors to identify their investment objectives, restrictions on asset management. Investment objectives and their features to institutional investors are discovered. Profitability, safety, liquidity and the growth in the investment management is analyzed. The value of investment horizon is proven.
