The author analyzes the permanent elements of title page design; the system of pseudo headings, or pseudo genre headings; the balanced combination of graphic and verbal publications; the specific of providing information about the authors and editorial staff etc. Досліджено композиційно-оформлювальні особливості українського сатиричного видання початку ХХ ст., що зумовили особливий характер контенту і впливу на аудиторію, визначили роль сатиричного видання як публіцистичного фактору активізації й розгортання українського національно-визвольного руху.
