The thesis is devoted to experimental study of the properties of the immunomodulator «Arselan», its impact on the state of nonspecific resistance of animals and justification for using it in manufacturing plants. Scientifically and experimentally proved a positive effect of domestic preparation «Arselan» on the morphological, biochemical and immunological parameters of animals was proved scientifically end experimentally. In our research project imposed results of preclinical studies of the effects «Arselan» on the body of white After the drug «Arselan» was used, the indicators of phagocytic activity of the blood (neutrophils, phagocytic index, phagocytic number) were increased in the blood of animals. This indicates the enhancement of nonspecific resistance and stress resistance of animals. У дисертації викладено результати дослідження властивостей імуностимулятора «Арселан», вивчення його впливу на стан неспецифічної резистентності тварин. Обґрунтовано доцільність використання новоствореного препарату на основі наночастинок металів на тваринницьких підприємствах. Науково й експериментально доведено імуностимулюючий вплив препарату «Арселан» на морфологічні, біохімічні та імунологічні показники тварин. В дисертації показано результати доклінічних випробувань щодо впливу «Арелану» на білих мишей. Після застосування препарату «Арселан» у крові лабораторних і сільськогосподарських тварин зростали показники фагоцитарної активності нейтрофілів крові, фагоцитарний індекс, фагоцитарне число. Це вказує на підвищення неспецифічного імунітету та стресостійкості тварин. Таким чином, застосування препарату «Арселан» перешкоджає розвитку імунодефіциту у них, знижує захворюваність, підвищує продуктивність тварин, тим самим знижуючи собівартість продукції popup.nrat_date 2025-08-18 Close
