В останні роки скорочувалися штати медичної служби, закривалися військові кафедри медичних університетів, відділення підготовки військових фельдшерів в медичних коледжах, ліквідовувалися посади санітарних інструкторів бойових підрозділів, розформовувалися навчальні медичні роти. У зв'язку з цим виникла прогалина в підготовці медичних кадрів для підрозділів ЗСУ та інших силових відомств, які беруть участь в проведенні АТО. У статті висвітлено питання оптимізації програми підготовки медичних кадрів для військово-медичних і цивільних лікувальних установ, які беруть участь у наданні медичної допомоги пораненим і постраждалим в ході проведення антитерористичної операції на сході України. With the start of combat operations in eastern Ukraine, a number of problems associated with the organization of medical aid to the wounded soldiers and injured civilians. In recent years, declining health services staff, closed military departments of medical universities, branches of the military training paramedics in medical colleges, liquidated positions sanitary instructors combat units, disbanded medical training company. In this regard, there was a gap in the training of medical personnel for APU units and other law enforcement agencies taking part in the ATO. The article highlights how to optimize training programs for medical personnel for the military and civilian medical and medical institutions involved in providing medical assistance to the wounded and injured during the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
