Встановлено, що, в таких умовах, одним із напрямів вирішення проблеми недофінансування є концесійне будівництво. Здійснено аналіз концесійного будівництва автодоріг в деяких зарубіжних країнах, на основні чого визначено причини будівництва автомобільних доріг на умовах концесії. Проаналізовано основні нормативно-правові документи, які регулюють будівництво доріг на умовах концесії. Здійснено оцінку механізму концесії, визначено умови, учасників та їх зобов’язання. Визначено, що будівництво доріг на умовах концесії сприяє залученню інвестицій в дорожню галузь країни та дозволяє підвищити її економічний рівень. На підставі проведеного дослідження зроблено висновки щодо перспектив будівництва доріг в Україні на умовах концесії. In the article the modern condition of roads in Ukraine. It is concluded that the cause of the poor and the quality of roads is their lack of funding. It was established that one of the ways to solve the problem is underfunding concessions building. The analysis of the concession the construction of roads in some foreign countries, which defined the main causes of road construction on concession terms. The basic legal documents regulating the construction of roads on the concession terms. The estimation mechanism concession defined conditions, participants and their commitment. Determined that the construction of roads for concession supports investments in the road sector and the country can increase its economic level.
