З’ясовано, що у науковій юридичній літературі відсутній єдиний підхід до тлумачення поняття «правова робота». Акцентовано увагу на одному з обов’язкових напрямів в змісті правової роботи, як правове забезпечення оформлення прав інтелектуальної власності на результати науково-дослідної діяльності вищих навчальних закладів. The article is devoted to the study of the content of legal work in the activities of higher educational institutions, which is a necessary economic and legal means of regulating their activities in modern market relations. It is found out that in the scientific legal literature there is no single approach to the interpretation of the concept of «legal work».
