Запропоновано алгоритм дій при обшуку на початковому етапі розслідування цього злочину. The article considers the tactics of the search, determined by the legislation of Ukraine. The general charac­terization of the search as an investigative (investigative) action aimed at identifying and recording information about circumstances evading the conscription for urgent military service and mobilization is given.
