Визначені основні ризики, що можуть вплинути на розвиток краудфандингових та peer-to-peer онлайн платформ, та запропоновані відповідні напрямки їх державного регулювання. The article analyzes the main approaches to the regulation of the alternative finance market in different countries. Considerable attention is paid to the study of the main principles of regulation of alternative finance in the USA, United Kingdom and China as leaders of the world alternative finance market.
