Однією з особливостей для України є поступова трансформація підходів до фінансового вирівнювання: від фрагментації міжбюджетних відносин до їх демократизації та синхронізації з досвідом розвинутих країн світу на сучасному етапі розвитку. У той же час механізм реалізації заходів фінансового вирівнювання має ряд недоліків, які потребують подальшого дослідження та розробки узгодженої концепції трансформації цієї системи з уточненням етапів її реалізації. Крім того, немає інформативних показників для оцінки ефективності цих реформ у вітчизняній практиці, яка є окремою сферою досліджень та розробок. This research is devoted to the review of key stages in development of financial equalization system in Ukraine. One of the specific feature for Ukraine is gradual transformation of approaches to financial equalization: from the fragmentation of inter-budgetary relations to their democratization and synchronization with the experience of the developed countries of the world at the present stage of development. At the same time the mechanism of realization of financial equalization measures has a number of shortcomings that require further elaboration and development of a coherent the concept of the transformation of this system with the specification of the stages of its implementation. Besides there are no informative indicators for assessing the effectiveness of these reforms in domestic practice, which is a separate area of research and development. popup.nrat_date 2025-03-24 Close
