Проведений аналіз дозволив обґрунтувати наявність суттєвого синергетичного впливу соціо-економіко-політичних трансформацій в Україні на демографічні, міграційні процеси та зайнятість населення. Встановлені траєкторії подальшої динаміки кількості новонароджених, індикатора міграції та обсягу безробітних і зайнятих, що дозволяє державним органам регулювання сформувати дієвий комплекс інструментів соціального, економічного та політичного характеру для досягнення високих показників добробуту населення та конкурентоспроможності країни . The article analyzes the level of birth rate and employment, and the migration movement of the population in the Sumy region. The analysis allowed to substantiate the existence of significant synergistic influence of socioeconomic-political transformations in Ukraine on demographic, migration processes and employment of the population. Established trajectories of the further dynamics of the number of newborns, the indicator of migration and the volume of unemployed and employed, which allows state regulators to form an effective set of social, economic and political instruments to achieve high indicators of the welfare of the population and competitiveness of the country. popup.nrat_date 2025-03-24 Close
