Основним елементом банківської системи є окремий банк, який є відкритою системою для впливу різноманітних факторів зовнішнього і внутрішнього середовища. Врахування цих факторів при управлінні банком та розробленні стратегічних цілей розвитку є важливим завданням для менеджменту, що і зумовлює актуальність проведеного дослідження. У статті розглянуто наукові підходи щодо виділення основних факторів зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовища суб’єкта господарювання та їх рівнів. На основі систематизації отриманих знань було сформовано власну систему факторів прямого та непрямого впливу зовнішнього середовища та внутрішнього середовища для банківських установ. Отримані результати спрямовані на включення в етапи стратегічного управління банківської установи для прийняття більш обґрунтованих стратегічних рішень. Effective functioning of the country economy is impossible without a stable and developed banking system that promotes the transformation of monetary capital, regulation of the money supply and ensuring the stability of banking and the money market. The main element of the banking system is a separate bank, which is an open system for influencing the various factors of the external and internal environment. Taking these factors into account for developing strategic goals is an important task for management, which determines the relevance of the research. The author investigates scientific approaches on the allocation of the main factors of the external and internal environment of the subject of economic activity and their levels.As a result of its systematization an own system of factors of direct and indirect influence of the external environment and internal environment for banking institutions was formed.
