Розглянуто як процес бюджетної децентралізації та створення об’єднаних територіальних громад (ОТГ) впливає на перерозподіл фінансових ресурсів держави. Досліджено основні форми державної фінансової підтримки місцевого та регіонального розвитку. Визначено основні напрямки використання бюджетного та міжнародного фінансування ОТГ та яким чином це змінює структуру економіки. The article researches the meaning of the term of the restructuring of the national economy. Considered as a process of fiscal decentralization and the creation of united local communities (OTG) and how it affects the redistribution of state financial resources. The main forms of state financial support for local and regional development are explored.
