Показано важливість врівноваження такого взаємозв'язку як стратегічного напряму, оскільки вузька прикладна спрямованість та безсистемний характер змін окремо у кожній із цих сфер нездатні забезпечити успішність соціально-економічних зрушень. Наголошено на базовості розгляду нової економіки як парадигми для повнішого розуміння складного характеру процесів, що відбуваються на фінансовому ринку з метою його подальшого розвитку. In article is analyzed the relationship that is the basis for development of new type of economy and financial market. Also is shown the importance of balancing of such relationship as strategic direction because the applied narrow focus and non-systematic character of innovations in each separate sphere can't guarantee the positive effect of social and economic reforms.
