Лише тоді реформи мають шанс стати ефективними і зміни в країні — незворотними на краще. The fiscal efficiency of the DFS reform in Ukraine is researched. It is revealed that the main issue of Ukrainian reforms is to create such conditions in the country for the life and work of people who would not only facilitate the implementation of their productive, creative and intellectual potential, but would also allow them to return to the country over time. .
