Наводяться пропозиції щодо формування в розрізі чотирьох груп банків України кластерів ефективно та неефективно працюючих банків у межах проведення фінансового моніторингу. Проводиться розподіл банків згідно з індикатором ефективності фінансового моніторингу банків у розрізі оцінювання ризиків легалізації коштів, одержаних злочинним шляхом, обчислюється невикористаний потенціал підвищення ефективності для окремо взятого банку. The article deals with the essential characteristic and conducts economic and mathematical modeling of the effectiveness of financial monitoring of banks in terms of risk assessment of money laundering, terrorist financing and the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction based on the construction of a CCR model for minimizing this risk in the Frontier Analyst Application environment. The proposals on the formation, in the context of four groups of Ukrainian banks, of clusters of effectively and inefficiently operating banks within the framework of financial monitoring are presented. The distribution of banks according to the indicator of the efficiency of financial monitoring of banks in the context of risk assessment for legalization of proceeds from crime is calculated, unused potential for increasing the efficiency of a separate bank is calculated. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
