В Україні частота захворюваності становить приблизно від 12 до 15 випадків на 100 000 осіб. Останнім часом спостерігається зростання захворюваності на оперізувальний герпес з тяжким перебігом та розвитком ускладнень. The study included 35 patients with herpes zoster: 19 patients with moderate and 16 patients with severe course. The prodromal period before the manifestation of the disease was revealed with a moderate (63.2%) and severe (37.5 %) course. Paresthesia’s in the projection of affected dermatomes in severe courses were recorded more often, than in the moderate course (100 % versus 31.6 %, p = 0.019). In the moderate course primary diagnostic, the ganglionic form (78.9 %). In severe course, in addition to the ganglionic form and ophthalmoherpes, developed disseminated (18.8 %) and generalized (6.2 %) forms. In 68.8% of patients with severe course of herpes zoster developed specific (45.5%) complications and nonspecific, in connection with the attachment of secondary bacterial flora (54.5%). The frequency of the formation of postherpetic neuralgia didn’t depend of herpes zoster. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
