Дане клінічне дослідження поставило за мету показати виявлені зміни імунного статусу, спричинені цитомегаловірусною персистенцією, серед імунокомпетентних хворих негоспітальною пневмонією молодого віку для подальшої оптимізації діагностичних та лікувальних підходів у даній когорті пацієнтів. Community-acquired pneumonia is a great medical problem among young people. This fact is understandable by the transformation of its appearance conditions, changes in virulence of pathogenic microorganisms, which lead to it, and specific immunological damages. Cytomegaloviral persistence (CMVP) can cause immunological disorders in patients with CAP and influence to overtravel, treatment and prognosis of CAP in such group of patients, but the main cytomegaloviral immunological changes, both in cellular and humor immunity, have not been studied yet. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
