За даними ВООЗ, серед основних причин дитячої смертності гострі респіраторні інфекції, а саме пневмонія складають 19 % усіх смертей. У структурі дитячої смертності в Україні пневмонія займає 3 місце. Летальність при гострому деструктивному захворюванні легень (ГДЗЛ), як ускладненні пневмонії, в основі якого є руйнування і некроз легеневої тканини, коливається від 5,5 % до 7,5 % . The effectiveness of antibacterial therapy in acute destructive pulmonary disease in children has been studied. It was found that the most children with acute destructive pulmonary disease required the appointment of 2 courses (76.5%), antibiotic therapy in the form of combination (82.4%) of antibacterial drugs and almost every fourth (23.5%) child received 3 courses. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
