Практично не враховується в етіологічній структурі частка вірусів, протозойних та збудників що вимагають використання складних і дороговартістних і часто довготривалих досліджень. Усе це призводить до неконтрольованого, неефективного іноді шкідливого використання лікарських засобів, знижує доказовість наукових досліджень. Усе це спонукає до пошуку ефективних, простих у використанні і доступних методів і засобів етіологічної діагностики інфекційних хвороб. It is established efficiency of modern diagnostic systems «R-biopharm» verification of etiological diagnosis of acute intestinal infections. Detected by ELISA - Norovirus, Rotavirus; Clostridium difficile GDH, Clostridium difficile toxin A/B, Giardia («R-biopharm», Darmstadt, Germany); have used rapid tests - Cryptosporidium/Giardia Combi («R-biopharm», Darmstadt, Germany), which allowed to exclude from the study of patients with Clostridium, Cryptosporidiosis, Giardiasis etiology of the disease. Using modern diagnostic systems «R-biopharm» for etiological verification of the diagnosis of acute intestinal infections allows to expand the range of detection of pathogens that cause disease, and also prevent uncontrolled and inefficient use of antibacterial drugs and improve treatment outcome.
