Акцентується увага на виявленні та усуненні корупційних ризиків. Окремо звертається увага на недостатній ефективності реалізації антикорупційної стратегії у цій сфері. The article examines the current state of regulation of anti-corruption in the land sector, in particular in the activities of a special entity - the State Service for Geodesy, Cartography, and Cadastre of Ukraine. Emphasis is placed on identifying and eliminating corruption risks.
