Акцентовано увагу на експертизах, результати яких надають змогу правильно кваліфікувати діяння, а також установити суттєві обставини злочину. Запропоновано релігієзнавчу експертизу як шлях перевірки симуляції підстав на проходження альтернативної (невійськової) служби та дійсності релігійних переконань у призовника. The article analyzes the role of forensic examinations in the investigation of evasions from military service and mobilization. Emphasis is placed on examinations, the results of which allow to correctly classify the act, as well as to establish the essential circumstances of the crime. Religious examination is offered as a way to check the simulation of the grounds for alternative (non-military) service and the validity of religious beliefs of the conscript. popup.nrat_date 2025-07-17 Close
