На цьому етапі дослідження колективом дослідників зроблено аналіз теоретичних засад та методологічних основ економічної діяльності закладів вищої освіти України та світу, нормативно-правових регуляторів, вимірювання результатів їх економічної діяльності. Видання буде корисним для дослідників, керівників закладів вищої освіти, посадовців центральних органів виконавчої влади, юридичних і фізичних осіб, зацікавлених у розширенні фінансової автономії ЗВО. Preprint (analytical materials) "Analysis of leading domestic and foreign experience on the mechanisms of financial autonomy of higher education institutions" prepared on the basis of the results of the first stage of the scientific study "Mechanisms of financial autonomy of higher education institutions of Ukraine" (2018-2020) in the Department of Economics of Higher Education Institute of Higher Education of NAPS of Ukraine. At this stage of the research, a team of researchers analyzed the theoretical foundations and methodological bases of economic activity of higher education institutions of Ukraine and the world, regulatory regulators, measuring the results of their economic activity.
