Наголошено, що з метою захисту інтересів держави доцільним є передбачення прокурора на вступ у виконавчі провадження, які відкриті за судовими рішеннями, за якими державні органи є боржниками. The article offers a retrospective review of changes in the legislation of Ukraine governing enforcement proceedings and substantiates the need to amend the Procedural Codes, Laws of Ukraine "On Enforcement Proceedings", "On the Prosecutor's Office", with changes in the prosecutor's right to enter enforcement proceedings ruled on claims of state bodies, in the consideration of which the prosecutor did not participate. It is emphasized that in order to protect the interests of the state, it is advisable to provide for the prosecutor to enter into enforcement proceedings, which are open by court decisions, according to which state bodies are debtors. popup.nrat_date 2024-04-05 Close
