Обґрунтовано важливість врахування результатів досліджень міжнародних організацій, моніторингу, проведення незалежних опитувань, обміну інформацією для встановлення масштабів проблеми, пов’язаної з таким обігом. Визначено основні причини та наслідки незаконного обігу тютюнової продукції. Обґрунтовано припущення про те, що встановлення причин та наслідків проблеми незаконного обігу тютюнових виробів є важливим чинником у вибудові ефективної системи запобігання і протидії незаконному обігу тютюнових виробів. In the article some aspects of illicit turnover in tobacco products have been considered and analyzed. The importance of taking into account the results of researches of international organizations, monitoring, conducting independent surveys, exchange of information for determining the scale of the problem associated with such delict was substantiated. The main reasons and consequences of the illicit turnover of tobacco products were determined. It was grounded that the establishment of the causes and consequences of the problem of illegal turnover of tobacco products is an important factor in the construction of an effective system for preventing and counteracting the illicit circulation of tobacco products. popup.nrat_date 2024-04-05 Close
